Booking & Cancellation Policy

Lorators accepts course applications through the Lorators.com website.  You will be sent confirmation of your booking soon after it has been submitted. Clients and learners accept our bookings and cancellations policy once the booking has been made.

We reserves the right to cancel any course two or more weeks before it is due to take place.  Minimum delegate numbers not met may result in cancellation of a course. Very occasionally,  the tutor may be unable to attend through illness or unforeseen circumstances. The course will be re-booked for a future date or you will be refunded the course fee if this happens.

Bookings

Your booking will be considered a firm booking when it is submitted, and you will become subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy.

You may cancel your booking up to 21 days from the chosen course date without penalty. If you cancel within the 21 days this may result in no refund being given. We can transfer the payment over to another course should you wish to change, as long as the course runs within 12 months of the original course date.

Lorators reserves the  right to release your place on the course if no payment is received by the payment deadline.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

Cancellations

All bookings can be cancelled free of charge with full refund 21 days or more before the course date.

You can chose to cancel your place on the course 7 – 20 days before the event date and you will be refunded 50% of the course fee.

If you chose to cancel your course with a week or less to go until the course date we can only offer your payment go to a different course as we are not able to issue a refund after this point.

Failure to attend the course without informing us means no refund can be given and you will not be able to change your payment over to a different course.

Lorators reserves the right to make changes to the training or event agenda.
